Civil Registry Documents now Available Through the Internet (NSO's E-Census Service)
Filipinos abroad who need copies of their birth certificate, marriage certificate, death certificate of deceased relatives, or other civil registry document from the National Statistics Office (NSO) may now apply for such certificates on-line through the NSO's E-census service.
To avail themselves of the E-census service, interested parties shall log on at the NSO's website. Once they have gained access at this website, they will be able to electronically file requests for birth, death, marriage and even certificates of no marriage. Payments for the request and handling fee can be made on-line by Credit Card
