The Philippines Government now only issues the new electronic passport (Epassport) and this can only be obtained by a personal appearance in Sydney, Canberra or the Philippines as the digital equipment for the taking of personal details such as fingerprints etc, is not available in Perth, Another alternative is to apply for the new Epassport next time you are in the Philippines. Also you could wait for the next mobile passport team to visit Perth with the processing equipment but this is not expected until towards the end of this year.
But If you hold the old Green passport you can if you wish apply for a temporary extension of that passport by Clicking Here:
